  • US Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 12.5%, a refundable $200 damage deposit and $165 cleaning fee will be added at the check out. If booking via VRBO, their service fee for booking is additional 3 to 6% 
  • Cashier Check and personal checks are accepted if booking direct.
  • Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled within 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 59-30 days before arrival are refunded at 50%. Cancellations inside of 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Check in at or after 4pm local time.  Check out is at or before 11am local time.
